He married Loretta Ferguson Beaty on August 5, 1978.

He was a charter member of Woodridge Baptist Church, Kingwood, Texas.

In the past, prior to an industrial accident - Enjoyed time as a fireman - civil service at Fort Walters in Mineral Wells, Texas also a crane operator for DEHA Engineering in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta Beaty; daughter, Darlene Jackson; son-in-law, Roger Jackson;grandchildren, Jessica Jackson, Billy Barricklow, Amanda Jackson, James Haughton, Krysta Beathard, Brandon Beathard, Joseph Mallon, Corrie Mallon, Schyler Hines; great-grandchildren, Analyse Jackson, Liam Mallon, Charlie Mallon, Mila Jackson, James Haughton; aunt, Pennye Joos; niece, Connie Garcia and husband Dick Garcia and many other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Michele Hines; parents, JD Beaty, Joyce Beaty, and Mavis Barnes; sister, Mickie Pugh; brother-in-law, Eddie Pugh; brother, Brady Beaty; nephews, Ric Pugh, Rockie Pugh; and great nephew, Adam Garcia.

Funeral arrangements will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home at 22800 Highway 59 N, Kingwood, Texas 77339. A visitation will take place on October 11, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A service will be at 1:00pm on October 12, 2021. Burial will take place October 13, 2021 at 2:00pm on October 13, 2021 at Concord Cemetery in Zavalla, Texas.
