Patricia Lynn Ellis

Patricia Lynn Ellis, 69, of Cleveland, Tx, peacefully left this earth on May 31, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Pat was born March 30, 1956 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Pat is survived by her husband Mark of 49 years, sister Marilyn Hansen, brother Bill Lawton, daughter Amanda Schwenke, husband Donnie, daughter Amy St. Vgine, husband Justin, 5 grandchildren Kaleigh, Devin, Cody, Hunter, and Madelyn and 2 great grandchildren. Pat is preceded in death by her parents Malvin and Kathryn Lawton and brother Steven Lawton.

Pat married Mark on May 8, 1976 after a high school courtship and they were blessed with two daughters Amanda and Amy. Pat enjoyed family get togethers, completing jigsaw puzzles, visiting casinos with her sister, and soaking up her retirement. In her early life she enjoyed weekend boating, camping and family trips. It was Pat’s family-first mentality that acted as the glue that held everyone together.

Pat will especially be remembered for her kind nature, welcoming spirit and her infectious laugh. Being a pillar of stability and guidance was a comforting attribute she was able to share. Pat will forever live in the hearts of everyone she loved. A celebration of life will be forthcoming and announced at a later date.
