

She was born in Bonham, Texas on July 11th, 1946, and she proudly graduated from Boham High School as Valedictorian.
She was married to the love of her life, Wayne Darrell Roethemeyer for 41 happy years.
JoAnn Retired from the City of Houston in International Services after 20 plus years of service. She valued the time she was able to spend with many co-workers who became lifelong friends.
She dedicated her time for many years as a member of the board for the Interfaith Chapel at Houston Intercontinental Airport. She had a true passion for her family, fur babies (Dakota, Freckles and Bandit), friends in her Bunko group that spanned over 30 years, reading on her Kindle, gardening, sitting on the back porch enjoying nature and she LOVED the convenience of online shopping.
She is survived by daughters, Amy (Mike) McCauley, Michelle (Larry) Renfroe and Shannon (Favorite Daughter) Roethemeyer. 3 beautiful grandchildren, Adam Gardner, Bryten and Ashlyn Renfroe. Plus, numerous grand pets.
The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate the life of JoAnn for “our favorite hello and our hardest goodbye” on Saturday June 15th from Noon to 4pm at her home, 21370 Quail Point Lane, Porter TX 77365.
