Warren Greer Ritter

Greer is known as a man's man. He was a welder, a machine operator, and just plain hard worker. Greer is most noted for his workings of art with leather. Those to testify are his sister, Linda, who has two of his belts and his wife, Christina, who has a beautiful wallet with an eagle that Greer made for her 15 years ago

Warren Greer Ritter leaves behind his loving wife of 13 years, Christina, his sister, Linda Lager, brother in law, Ron Lager, sister in law, Joyce Ritter, nephews Ronnie and Steven Isbel and Danny and B.J. Ritter, and nieces Jenny Williams, Shana and Doralee Ritter, Lynn Hargis, Kay Ritter, Michelle Cavanaugh, as well as a great host of grand nieces and nephews. He also leaves his last "Brother", Victor Cooley, with us.

Greer is preceded in death by his parents, Mavis Lurline Greer and Buford Ritter and his two brothers, Buford Wayne Ritter and Marion Edwin Ritter and sister in law, Shirley Ritter.

The family would also like to give a special thanks to those who cared for Greer while in hospice care. Thanks to our friend, Pam Jones, our niece, Michelle Isbel and her son, Steven Isbel.

The Ritter family will have a memorial service for Greer on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, Texas 77339. In lieu of flowers, donations for funeral expenses would be appreciated.
