

She was the loving daughter of Cvijan and Joka (née Prelic) Ivanovic. Cvijeta was married to Cvijetin Pantic until his passing in 1960. They were parents to Bozica, Pero and Dragica. She was Mother-in-law to Bozo and Milan. She was the proud grandmother of Mirjana, Gordana, Tanja, Toma, Milena and Milan.
She was the overjoyed great-grandmother of Pavle, Scarlet, Maksim, Violet, Mila, Stefan, Leo, Nikolas, Natalija, Luka, Kristiano and McKenna. She was the caring sister of Radovan (Joka), Dragica (Mika), and Momcilo (Stana). She was the loving aunt of Cura, Cvijan, Rada, Joysee, Jovo, Milan and Cvijeta. Cvijeta came to Canada with her children in 1975 and settled in Kitchener. In 1985, she entered the Holy Trinity Monastery in Greece where she spent 3 years and where she became a nun (Sister Anastasia). She returned to Canada and her family in 1987 and later served at Holy Transfiguration Monastery in Milton, ON. She continued to be an active member of Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church through her life and had strong faith in God. Special thanks to Cvijeta’s caregivers at Winston Park Retirement Home. Cvijeta's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 700 Fischer-Hallman Rd., Kitchener, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
