Donna and I worked at Manulife together. We started together, travelled to Winnipeg together, and helped each other. When we were both single, we used to go dancing. My husband Dave and I are shocked and saddened by the news. Melissa, Donna loved you and was so proud of all your accomplishments. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. When I saw her picture I couldn't help but notice you have her smile. You're in my prayers and I'm sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathies to all of Donna's family. I am sorry she was taken from you so quickly.  I will always remember Donna's beaming smile and sunny nature. She was one of kind and will never be forgotten.

Thanks for being the most amazing mom that I could have ever had.  I miss  you so much mom and I miss you as my best friend. I love you more then words can say.  I hope that you're dancing with Grandma and Grandpa and are at peace.  I know that you're my Guardian Angel!  I love you Mom! xoxo

Our mother is a special woman and no one can take her place,

She has earned her wings and it's time for her to fly,

So although you can not see her and you wish she could be there,

And she loved nothing more than being your Mom, and your Father's wife.
She was so proud of her family and that's in her heart to stay,
Even though she's and angel and has had to fly away.
So as you cry your tears remember your mothers love,
Being sent to you from her, from the beautiful Heaven above.
She will be there through your good times, she will be there through your bad,
She'll be there when you are happy, she'll be there when your sad.
Your mother has become and angel now, it is her time to fly,
And so our thoughts and love are with you as you say good-bye.

Our deepest loving thoughts go out to you and your family. We know somewhat of what you're going through and no word can help at a time like this. I will never forget her smiling face, always so very strong, and our many dances at your gigs. She always made the dances extra special for me and I'll miss her dearly!! Stay strong Dave, as I know she would want you to.
