Florence Lorraine Vera Johnson

Passed away suddenly at People Care, Tavistock, on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the age of 83. She is predeceased by her husband, Neil Johnson (February 19, 1990). Loving mother to Debbie Johnson, Kim Kuehl, and Valerie and Brad Smith. Dear Ma to David Kuehl and Yanis, Cory and Ashlie Kuehl, Brady Kuehl and Amber, Samantha and Matt Richardson, and Nicole Smith and Kevin. Great Grandma of four. Florence was the last surviving member of her family of twelve; predeceased by Mae Hoffman, Dorothy Brown, Larry Richards, Betty Harrison, Violet Richards, Lillian Richards, Alfred (Shorty) Richards, Peggy Kaplin, Ruth Richards, Myrtle Richards, and Shirley Giesler. She is survived by brothers and sisters in law, Arthur Giesler, June (Richards) Schmidt, and Margaret and Roy Tolioff. She will also be missed by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Florence’s family would like to sincerely thank the staff at People Care, and Dr. Card for their exceptional care. Visitation will take place at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St. S, Kitchener) on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 13 at 1 p.m. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
