Jean was kind and compassionate, with a love for her family, gardening and cooking Sunday family dinner. The gathering of family warmed her heart. Her family stood by her side as she fought and survived breast cancer. She will be greatly missed by all.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Swartz (1994). Dear mother of Cindy Swartz (Kevin) and Penny Swartz (Chris). Loved grandmother of Tamara (Mitchell), Christopher, Rebecca, Kyle, Ashley, Tyson and great grandmother of Grayson, Kayden, Nicholas, Brody and Pacey. Dear sister to Shirley (Nick), John, Raymond, Gord (Doreen) and Darlene (Len).
Predeceased by her sons Bruce and Barry Swartz, her sisters Betty, Dorothy, Helen and her brother George were joined by parents Frank and Mary Olienick to welcome her Home with loving arms.

Cremation has taken place. Jean's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on the day that would have been her 90th birthday: Monday, November 8, 2021, from 12 - 12:45 p.m., where the memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Joanna Raymond officiating.
