Franco Peragine

The family of Frank Peragine is heartbroken to share the devastating news of his passing at Grand River Hospital on Monday afternoon (February 13, 2023). Frank leaves behind his true love and best friend of 30 years, Rita and their two wonderful children, Cassia and Anthony.

He leaves his loving mother Cesina and is predeceased by his father Vito (2015). He also leaves behind his brother Luke (Yaneth) and his nephew and niece Stefan and Jenna. He will forever be missed by his mother-in-law Eliza Oliveira and the late Isuaro (2017) and his many aunts, uncles and cousins from Toronto and Montreal.

Frank was a gentle soul who loved his family and friends. He always thought of Rita and the kids first before his own needs. He loved his job and co-workers at Air Audit where he worked for over 27 years. The hole his loss leaves behind is unbearable.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Benaroia and the staff at the Grand River Hospital Renal Clinic for all they did for him this past year. Thank you also to the Lipsit family for their support and kindness to Frank for the past 27 years. Thank you to all the beautiful friends and family who supported him and will continue to support Rita, Cassia and Anthony.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, February 21 from 4-7 pm at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 305 Laurentian Dr, Kitchener on Wednesday, February 22 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Williamsburg Cemetery.
