Passed away at Grand River Hospital on Sunday, September 25, 2016, at the age of 88 years. Precious, beloved and cherished husband of Susie Mitchell (Mohammed) for 10 years. Predeceased by his first wife Lucille Mitchell (nee Peloquin). Loved father of Denise (Brian), Mark (Lori), Valerie (Mark), Vanessa (Joe), and dear stepfather of Joel and Amanda. Loved grandfather of Lucie, Marti, and Stephanie. Predeceased by his parents Ross and Erb Mitchell and his sister Helen.
Cremation has taken place. Jack’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 3:00 pm.
