With family at his side on Tuesday January 26, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital in his 86th year. Predeceased by his dear wife of 63 years Marion on July 22, 2013, he is reunited with his angel. Doug is lovingly remembered by his children Kenneth (Wendy), Linda, Roy (Siggy), Janet (Jeffery), and Betty-Lou (Dave). He leaves cherished stories with his eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Doug will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Family and Friends will be received at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., (519-743-8900) on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Service will be in the Westmount Chapel on Monday at 12:00 noon, a time of fellowship and refreshment will follow.
Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
