Trinidad West Indies, born November 1, 1930 in Madeira Portugal, died peacefully on July 1, 2012 at Lanark Retirement & Nursing Home in Kitchener, Ontario.

Loving daughter of the late Alberto Jesus Abreu St. & Maria Angela Aberu of Madeira, Portugal.

Beloved sister of Edward Abreu (deceased), Albert Abreu of Trinidad, Joseph Abreu and Antonio Abreu (Florida USA).

Dear Mother of Gerald, Robert, Jocelyn (Julien) and Rafael Camacho of Ontario Canada. Cherished Mother-in-Law of Gail (de Silva), Martha (Nicholas) and Christine (Jackson-Smith).

Proud Grand-Mother of eleven and Great Grand Mother of nine.

At the request of Teresa and family, there will be no visitation.

Mass will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Catholic Parish, 55 Driftwood Drive, Kitchener, Ontario on July 11th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., followed by Burial at Williamsburg Cemetery and Crematorium, 1541 Fischer-Hallman Road, Kitchener, ON.

A reception will follow at Westmount Funeral Chapel, 1001 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener, Ontario.

A very special thank you to all care workers, nursing staff and physicians at Lanark Retirement Home and Lanark Long Term Care for the very special care that they gave Teresa.

Those wishing to make a charitable donation, in memory of Teresa, in lieu of flowers are asked to kindly make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Society or Lung Association.
