Predeceased by her husband Sergio. Loving mother to Antonio (1994), Jorge (Julia) and Maria (Alberto) Perez. Cherished viejuca to Marley, Adriana, Maday, Jorge, Vivian and three great grandchildren. Forever remembered sister to Oscar. Maria is predeceased by her parents Guillermo and Fermina; brothers Antonio, Carlos, Raul, Eduardo and sister America.
Maria was born in Cuba and came to Canada with her family in 2007. One of her greatest accomplishments was receiving her Canadian citizenship in September of 2011. Maria will always be remembered for her smile, giving her time to anyone in need and her love for her family. Her love and smile will live on in all the hearts she has touched. Maria will never be forgotten.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Maria's Life will be held on Sunday, November 19 from 1-4pm at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa Street South, Kitchener.
