Born on January 22, 1932, in Simicevo-Zabari, Serbia, Milan lived a long and steady life marked by dedication, resilience, and quiet generosity. He is survived by his former wife, Vera, and by his devoted partner of 25 years, Ljubica Zivkovic.
Milan is also survived by his niece, Svetlana Ugrinic, of Guidizzolo, Italy, and his nephew, Miroslav Jakovljevic, of Simicevo-Zabari, Serbia, along with their families. He will also be greatly missed by his many friends in the Kitchener-Waterloo community.
Milan's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service will take place at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 700 Fischer-Hallman Rd., Kitchener, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Williamsburg Cemetery.
