Beloved husband of the late Stella Duffenais (2015). Dear father of the late Vincent Duffenais (2020), Julie Clair (Adam), Christopher Duffenais (Kim). Loved grandfather of Aidan, Lilah, Kayla, Myah and Keegan. Beloved son of Christine Duffenais. Dear brother of Patsy, Jack, Betty, Matt, Donna and Iris (Ross). Predeceased by his father Ronald Duffenais, his brothers Leonard, Don, and Wayne, and his sisters Pauline, Olivine, and Judy.
Percy worked as a truck driver for 38 years at Ecolab before retiring at the age of 65. He loved being with his family and spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed singing and playing guitar in his younger years with his brothers. He was the type of man who would walk into a room and have you laughing within minutes. His love for his wife Stella was second to none and they have finally been reunited. Percy and Stella loved to travel to Newfoundland whenever they could to visit with family and old friends and will be missed by all.
Percy's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:45 p.m., where the Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. If desired, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
