My deepest condolences 🤗 
I have many great memories with Terry on Uxbridge. He was a fantastic man who always mad people laugh.  I will cherish all those memories.

This is not necessarily one memory these/this is a series of thoughts of my uncle Terry.  How do you begin to describe someone who would move mountains to ensure you were happy, or commit a crime toward anyone who made you unhappy.  An uncle who would do anything to protect you.  Someone who you'd be reluctant to talk to but would always come through for you.  My uncle was fierce but entirely out of love & protection.  He would not allow you to suffer under his watch.  He told me many stories of his ice roads, his life, his dream & his thoughts and I always believed every time I talked to him that it would be cont'd, but here we are without an end because he left us too soon.  So now I am left to trash him & say that he was a brutal poker player, being all coy & sitting in the bush.   We used to tell eachother jokes all the time & he was honestly lame. He stayed with us at my parents house for a short time & I would make his lunches for work & write a joke on his napkin to make his day. They were awesome & his jokes sucked.  There is nothing I would not give to hear his  lame jokes.  He left too soon & we have unfinished conversations. I will continue to reach him in Heaven, because although he was not perfect he was a saint to me.  I wish things were different but they are what they are but there is not a day that I didn't miss you. I love you uncle Terry, I hope you knew this even when we were apart. I know you had a special place in  your heart. I wish you peace & happiness. Please Rest in Peace, you have a pure soul  xo

Hey Jason. I’m sorry for your loss. It’s Jim Ballard. I remember good times when we use to go to your parents every weekend and watch hockey and your parents would love to have y’all the boys over. Great times! Terry would raz us, but it was all in good fun! Miss those times and it would always be with the boys of those days! He was a good man to us boys and he will be missed then and now!❤️

From playing road hockey, to taking us in, or teaching us to drive standard he was there for his many nieces, nephews and even the great nieces, nephews as he got older.  Terry may have been seen as tough cookie but as Aunt Cheryl use to say he was a rough, tough cream puff but we loved him anyway.  
Rest in peace Uncle Turry !!!

RIP uncle Terry,
I’ll never forget the moments and chats we had.  You always gave it to me straight but with a kind loving heart.  You were there for me and Carl when no one else was able, and opened doors for us in times of great need.

We love you now and for always, we will miss you until it’s our time to see you again.

Lisa, Jason and to your families, I’m so sorry to hear of Terry’s passing. He was always a good support for me going to great lengths even heading out to BC to get my trailer. 
Shopping with me for a car and always having a chair for me at Cheryl’s Sunday dinners.  Keep strong and know Terry can rest peacefully now.
