SWAN, Velma Passed away on August 14, 2012 at the Village of Winston Park, at the age of 94. Loving mother of Sharon (Robert) Forde and Paul (Lorraine) Swan. Dear grandma to Martha, Christopher, Susan, Jeffery and Debbie. Special great-grandma to Molly, Claire, Jacob, Moir, Vanessa, Brandon, Cassandra and Samuel. Predeceased by her husband Moir Swan (1982), son Neil Swan (1975) and great-grandsons Tyson Brazeau (1997) and Mason Forde (2009). Velma always enjoyed a good game of bridge, walking, reading and travelling the world for over 30 years. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at the Westmount Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. Cremation has already taken place.
