Albert Andrew Johnson

Albert was a devoted husband, father, and friend who was known for always doing for others. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, offer support, or show kindness to anyone in need. He truly let his light shine always, touching the lives of everyone he met with warmth and compassion.

Albert was a Christian man, strong in his faith, and he lived that faith out daily through love, kindness, and service. He faithfully attended Wings of Faith Church for many years, where his faith continued to grow and shine through his life.

He was a man of strength, generosity, and quiet devotion.

To his family, he was more than a father—he was our Superman: a protector, a provider, and someone who could always be counted on no matter what.

Above all, he loved his family deeply and was always there when it mattered most.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; his adopted mother, Delatte; his children, Cassie; Bryan and his wife Karen; Juliana; Melina and her husband Tim; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Brian, and Kris, along with many friends and extended family who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Viola Johnson, as well as his brothers and sisters.

Albert will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering faith, and the way he let his light shine for others every single day.

A Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026, between the hours of 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive Knoxville, TN with a service to follow beginning at 7:00 PM officiated by Pastor Judy Delatte and Evangelist Kevin Honeycutt.
