Dobbs, Betty Jo, age 84, of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church and was retired from Real Estate Finance as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Preceded in death by husband, Harley Dobbs; parents, Tilman C. and Bertha England; brother, Gene England. Survivors; children, Kermit and wife Debra Dobbs, Kathryn Bray, Stephan and wife, Deborah Dobbs; grandchildren, Tanya Hubble, Ryan Dobbs, Micah Dobbs, Katy Noe, Christopher Jones, Travis Dobbs, and Candace Epperly; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Massengill; brothers, J.D. England and Doug England; several nieces, nephews and many loving friends. The family will receive friends from 11 – 12 pm Friday at Salem Baptist Church. Funeral service to follow at 12 pm Friday with Rev. John Holland officiating. Interment to follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery.
