Betty Jo Pace, age 71, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. A 1969 graduate of Lake City High School. She truly enjoyed being on the water and was a long time resident on Norris Lake with an abundance of joyful memories with her family and friends. BJ had quite the green thumb, with many years as a floral designer and had a strong passion for decorating, arts and crafts.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, John Pace; parents, Mildred and Estes Woods; siblings, Lynn, Frances, and Brian Woods. Survived by children, Christopher David (Priscilla) Pace, Bridget (Forrest) Jones, Nicole LeAnn Anderson, Kevin Michael Hill and Jon David (Sarah) Pace; 7 granddaughters; 5 grandsons; 1 great-grandson and 1 great-granddaughter; brother, Terry (Rita) Woods; nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will take place Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 2pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Rev. Wayne E. Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center at www.patneal.org.
