Beverly Ann Rankin

Rankin, Beverly Krook, departed this earth on September 11, 2015 at Ft. Sanders Hospital after a long and hard battle with leukemia. She was born on June 19, 1946 in Billings, MT and raised on a farm in Boyd, MT. She was extremely proud of her Finnish and Montana heritage and lived life with the philosophy work hard, love hard, and never complain. She raised four children and dedicated her life to ensuring that they and her husband always had the best of everything. She is preceded in death by her much beloved son, Mitchell Rankin; parents, Florence and Victor Krook, and brothers, Gene, Marvin, and Ronald Krook. She is survived by husband, Charles Rankin; daughters, Tanya, Heidi, and Alisha Rankin; son-in-law, Troy Herman; sister, Bodil Merchen, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the hard working nurses and staff on 8N and 9N for your caring and compassion as well as the Physician’s and Staff at Thompson Oncology Group for all the wonderful work you do. A special thanks to Dr. Spence McCachren. My mom absolutely loved you. Her memorial will be held at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr. on Friday, September 18 at 6 pm.
