Lewis, Evie, age 7, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012. She was a first grade student at Karns Elementary School. She loved gymnastics and being outdoors with friends and family. Preceded in death by Paw Craig Lewis, and Aunt Katherine. Survived by, Mother; Suzanne Revels, Father; Steven Lewis, grandparents; Grammy and Grampy Revels, Mawmaw Emily Lewis, Aunt; Emily Dalton, Uncles; Eric Revels, Gordon Revels and wife Petra, Cousins; Timothy Boatman, Christopher Dalton and Alex Revels. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday, May 17, 2012 with the funeral service to follow at 7 PM Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of BFH with Rev. Roger Smith officiating. Family and friends will meet at Lynnhurst Cemetery for an interment at 12 noon Friday, May, 18, 2012. Memorial Donations may be made to East TN Childrens Hospital, P.O.
