Heaton, Joan Lea age 82. Went to be with her Lord on Saturday, November 3, 2012. She was a devoted Wife and most outstanding Mother. Joan was a Homemaker and a member of Loveland Baptist Church. Preceded to heaven by husband of 58 years E.L. Heaton, parents Ashley and Ruth Linkes, in-laws Ida and Macy Heaton, brothers Bud, David, Gale and Lynn Linkes and special niece Vandy Sharp. Loved ones left behind, devoted children son Wayne Heaton, daughters and sons-in-law Donna and Kenny Collins and Mike and Vickie Bolding, grandson Chris Heaton, bonus grandson Bill Collins, great granddaughter Addison Heaton, brothers Allen and Paul Linkes, sisters Billie and Lee Loveday, Edith and the Late L.C. Shockley, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8pm in the Lynnhurst/Greenwood Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 8pm with Bro.
