Mark was preceded in death by father Dr. John F. Fuzek, mother Bettye Fuzek, and sister Martha Fuzek.
Surviving are sister Mary Ann Fuzek, and cousin Oaklie K. McConnell, both of Knoxville, TN.
Mark loved science and as a teenager, participated in a project to research and track the migration of Monarch butterflies from Canada to Mexico.
He was an ETSU graduate.
