Norma was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Paul Allen Ulmer; sons, Allen Paul Ulmer and Gerald Wayne Ulmer; granddaughter, Rachael Tjapkes; grandson, Eric Tjapkes; parents, Walter William Wheater and Marion Fanny Smith Wheater; brothers, Stanley, John, Charles and Paul Wheater. She is survived by children, Karen (Bradley) Tjapkes and James Mark (Karen) Ulmer; daughter-in-law, Pamela Ulmer; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
