He was preceded in passing by his parents, David Harris and Eva Mae Underwood.
Philip leaves behind to cherish his memory dedicated brother David Underwood; sisters Elaine Underwood, Gail (Francis) West; nieces, Stephanie (Ben) Reagan, Jolie Hawkins, Lori Hawkins; nephews Joshua Hawkins, Scott (Rebecca) Neil; cousins, Sherry Ezell Ferrell, Shannon Arington, Richard Phillips and family and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
A private service will be held at a later date with immediate family to attend.
