Shirley Mae Patterson, age 88, of Knoxville, Tennessee went to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. She was born on December 25, 1934. Shirley was a member of Second United Methodist Church and The Trew Home Builders Sunday School Class.
Shirley was preceded in death by husband, Harvey Patterson; son, Randall Patterson; parents, Willie and Maude Evans; sister, Joyce Evans. She is survived by children, Kathy (Gerald) Corum, Mark (Janet) Patterson and Lisa Woody; grandchildren, Greg (Tanja) Patterson, Garrett (Tiffany) Corum, Leigh Erica (Aiden) Park, Leslie (Derric) Boudreaux; great grandchildren, Emily and Ava Patterson, Elizabeth, Adaline and Edison Corum.
Family will receive friends Friday, September 22nd from 5-7 PM with funeral service following at 7 PM at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home. Rev. Betsy Denton officiating. Interment will take place Saturday, September 23rd at 11 AM at Woodhaven Cemetery, 160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Second United Methodist Church, 1524 Western Ave., Knoxville, TN 37921.
