I had just reconnected with Todd in 2014 after being stationed with him at Andersen AFB, Guam back in 83-84.  I am so sorry to hear of his passing and I want to wish Sheri, Lacey and Devin my deepest condolences and know that Todd is at peace with our Lord.

Todd and everyone in your family have been good friends to us. You're all so generous and fun people. We have many fond memories of Todd and Sheri and the kids living in our neighborhood. Thinking of you all during this hard time and that makes us very sad. But when I think of Todd's amazing life, it makes us very happy that we got to know him.

Todd aka Hollywood was one of, if not, the nicest man on base. He was such a wonderful spirit. He taught me a lot about pepper growing, which is how we became buddies. I wish to extend condolences and prayers to Todd's family from mine. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to lose someone you love, especially, so near the Christmas season.  I didn't know Todd well but it was obvious through his demeanor, professionalism and reputation at work that he was a great guy and will be missed by many. I am so sorry for your loss. Todd was a dear friend. I would see him on occasion at lunch time in and around the Alcoa area. We always talked about the Good ole days back in the neighborhood.
