

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Adalberto Aguirre, a beloved father, mentor, and cherished member of our community. Adalberto, known for his unwavering dedication to football and his passion for life, left us peacefully on October 19, 2024, at the age of 48.
A proud coach at the Marine Military Academy, Adalberto inspired countless young athletes with his passion for the game and commitment to excellence. His leadership led the Edinburg Landsharks to a triumphant victory in 2012, a moment that will forever resonate in the hearts of his players and the community.
Adalberto was not only a coach but also a devoted father. He cherished his "Bro Nights" with his son, sharing laughter and creating memories that will last a lifetime. His affectionate nature and warm spirit made him a guiding light for his family and friends.
In addition to his coaching, Adalberto volunteered his time at the Ronald McDonald House in Edinburg, where he brought comfort and support to families in need. He found joy in long car rides, often engaging in deep conversations and sharing stories, as well as indulging in his love for reading—particularly the Bible.
A lifelong fan of the Chicago Bears, Adalberto enjoyed cheering on his team, sharing the thrill of the game with those he loved. His infectious enthusiasm and positive outlook touched everyone around him.
Adalberto is survived by his wife of 11 years Adriana Aguirre, his children Adalberto (Aldo) Aguirre IV and Aubrianna T. Aguirre, his parents Adalberto Jr. and Carmen A. Aguirre, his brother Adrian Aguirre, and his grandmother Maria A. Aguirre, as well as many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Adalberto is preceded by his grandparents Ricardo and Elena Andrade and his grandfather Adalberto Aguirre.
Adalberto leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
A visitation for Adalberto will occur Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 2PM-8PM with a prayer service at 5PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, TX 78559. A chapel service will occur Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10AM with a burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
