He married his wife, Sulema, May 25, 1991 in San Benito, TX.
Alvaro is survived by his wife, Sulema Obregon; daughter Alexandria Mendez; daughter Casey R Obregon; and son Alvaro Obregon, III; father Alvaro Obregon, Sr and mother Diana Obregon; sister Marisela Lopez, sister Norma Rivera, sister San Juana Obregon, sister Debbie Obregon and brother Hector Obregon.
Mr. Obregon is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He loved to cook and was hospitable towards all his family, friends, and neighbors. His hobby was fixing and restoring cars, camping and fishing. He was a member of the AACA Rio Grande Valley Chapter for Antique Cars.
Most importantly, he Alvaro was a faithful servant of Jehovah God for 14 years. He loved to share the good news of God's Kingdom.
A virtual Talk for Alvaro will be held Monday, September 28, 2020 at 6:30 PM through Zoom.
