She enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family. She especially loved making tamales, playing Bingo, domino's, scratch tickets and watching her Spanish novelas.
Eloisa is survived sons; Alfredo (Edna) Canales, Hilberto (Celia) Canales, Daniel (Victoria) Canales. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 9 sisters, numerous nephews and nieces.
She is predeceased by her husband; Ovidio J. Canales; her parents; Jose Cisneros and Angelita Olivarez son; Javier Canales brothers; Raymundo, Raul, Oscar and Jose Cisneros Jr.
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandchildren; Alfredo Canales Jr., Leah Longoria, Lisa Ann Canales, Hilberto Canales Jr., Lorena Canales, Daniel A. Canales.
