James Douglas Davis Sr., age 67, of Harlingen, Texas passed away at home surrounded by family on Tuesday August 7, 2018. James was born December 12, 1950 to Roxie Jo Evans and Albert cleman Davis.

James was preceded in death by; father Albert Cleman Davis; mother Roxie Jo Evans; step-father Clyde Cowart and step-mother Frankie Davis.

James is survived by his wife, Roselva Davis; son James Douglas Davis (Kim); son Brandon Davis ( Jamie); son Travis Cody (Diana); son Jonathon Palomo (Sandra); daughter Michelle Lynn Davis; and daughter Roxie Jo Davis. He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren who miss him greatly.
