Mr. Segura was one of my teacher , when I was 8th grade at Sgt Harrell middle school . He was also my student council sponsor. As one of his former students , I’ll still considered him as one of my best teacher . Every morning when I enter his classroom , he would always say “ Good morning “ with a big smile on his face .  Mr.Segura would have a Dr. Pepper in his hands ,  on top of his desk or sometimes he would be walking in the hallways with his Dr. Pepper in his hands  . My best friend gave me this sad news that I wasn’t ready to hear , I was shocked when she told me . Thank you Mr.Segura for all the effort you made to help us grow , and the challenges you encourage us to face to help us become who we are now . My condolence to all his family , may god give them the strength to go thru this difficult time . May you Rest In Peace Mr.Segura .

You’ve left an impact in our life’s as a teacher. Now an unexpected goodbye it might be hard for us, because we got to meet and learn from such an amazing that takes to i got to able to reach my goals and be were I’m at now. Thank you for all those lessons, those math problems, those fun moments full of smiles and laughter. You thought us a lot thanks to you we were able to understand our mistakes and be able to fix them if we made them again. I still remember every time I would step in that class B.114 I was ready but also not ready hahaha to learn something new, but you always made it fun, with your stories and fun ways of teaching it, and I can’t forget that music in the background. 😄😄😁thank you for being one of the best teachers that I had in my middle school years I will never forget how much of an amazing math teacher you were, and how much of a great Man You were to your family. We will always miss you. 

You left an impact in my life. I remember when we did gift exchange in 9th grade and you bought me a gold bracelet dummy me lost it in less than a week. I remember telling you and you said i can get you a new one. I was like no its ok
 Then us talking about life you consoling me on the phone when i was going thru a difficult time in my life and vise versa. You also made a great impact on my son's life..(David).  I remember you telling me i was Annanuki. Lol. I'm gonna miss you my beautiful dear friend. But God needed you in Heaven. Until we meet again. 


I had Mr. Segura for 10th grade math. I never really liked math, or anything related to it. He made it easier for me to understand. Always helped me, I even aced his class. Class of 03 always remembers greatness and he was greatness. Even now, I share stories of him, to my own son starting high school how one teacher can change your life. Thank you mr. Segura 

I remember having Mr. Segura for 8th grade Algebra. I was a smart kid, and he recognized that within a week of teaching me. Everyday that I went into his class he had a smile on his face, and a story ready to tell the class. Whether it’d be about his children, his wife, or the cowboys games, he entertained all of us and made us laugh, creating a connection with every student all year long. I was very shy but Mr. Segura wanted me to bring out my personality so he would pick on me to do questions. I hated that because I hated attention, but eventually I gained confidence because of him believing in me. Everyday he had a harder math problem for me to solve because all he wanted was for his students to succeed and do the best they could. I admit he could be strict, but more so in that of a parents perspective. I could tell he loved his life and his students because of the way he had so much passion in his class conversations or stories. Mr. Segura is one of the few teachers who made me love to learn, and he pushed me to challenge myself. I will never forget what he has done for me and my education. May he Rest In Peace ❤️🕊

I had actually been looking for this teacher, wondering where the world had taken him. I met Mr. Segura as a 7th grade honor student at Driscoll Middle school in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was one of my favorite teachers, he taught me how to make a sushi wrap, do complex math, and to believe in myself regardless of what background we come from. To his family, may God grant you peace and comfort knowing that he is now at rest. To Mr. Segura, Thank You for being genuine, students truly do carry on lessons from those chosen to teach.

My deepest condolences to the Segura Family during this time.  Pedro left big shoes for us to fill.  The halls at Sgt. Harrell Middle School will never be the same.  Thank you for everything you did for our students, staff, and community.  You will be greatly missed.

Our prayers to the Segura Family. Peter will never be forgotten. He was such a caring soul. Always smiling. I know our heavenly father is guiding Peter home with him for he was an obedient and loving son.
