He is survived by his wife, Kathleen, daughter Claudie and spouse Jeff, grandsons Tristan and Nathan, and his son Nicolas. His step children are Kristin and Steve, and Tony and Melody and granddaughters Annette and Zandrine.
Pierre was preceded in death by his parents, and younger brother Bruno.
Pierre served 20 years in the Canadian Armed Forces and retired as a Major. He also worked for the City of Quebec until 2016. He loved nature and became a Texas Master Naturalist in 2018 actively volunteering at most of the Rio Grande Valley nature centers. He grew in his faith with Jesus and attended Abiding Lutheran Church in Weslaco.
Cremation services are being arranged by Heavenly Grace in La Feria.
Final placement and a celebration of life will be held in January; memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
