Reynaldo Reyes

Reynaldo was a man who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for Western films, especially those starring John Wayne. He enjoyed gardening, spending time tending to flowers, plants, and vegetables. Reynaldo dedicated over 30 years of his life working as a school bus driver, a role through which he touched the lives of many in his community.

He is survived by his children, Lesli Cass (Juan Barrera) and Michael Reyes (Jennifer Black); his brothers, Jose Reyes (Flor Reyes) and Ramon Reyes; and his sister, Guadalupe Bella. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Timothy Barrera, Xander Barrera, Michael Rey Reyes, Haley Barrera, and Mikayla Rae Reyes, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Reynaldo was preceded in death by his wife, Jannette Cass Reyes; his sister, Manuela Berume; his brother, Johnny Reyes; and his sister, Maria Cantú.

Reynaldo will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his hard work, and the quiet joys that brought meaning to his life.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 2, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home.
