Remembering Mr Rincon

I met Rincon about 5 years ago working at ACT and he was a security guard. Rincon was always full of life and full of jokes. I would in a daily basis send him a Bible Scripture. He always had questions and comments. Rincon taught my son how to change out a water heater and a pipe to my washing machine. Whenever I needed help in whatever it was he was there and never said no. My son Jayme and I will miss him dearly. RIP Wrinkles

I remember the first time we meet at work and later became best friends.  I remember he would bring his lunch and saw I didn't bring any he would share his sandwich with me, he was a special person and a great friend.  I remember back then I would work with him in the mornings I would bring him donuts it made me happy because I know he had something to eat.  I would call him grandpa all the time he didn't like but I know he did. We had great memories that I will never forget. I miss you grandpa, I will never forget you.

Ruben, a great man who came into my life when I was 5 yrs old. I can honestly say I remember everything about him and everything that went on in that house growing up. My love of fishing came from Ruben. He loved taking us out there and teaching us how to fish. 5 kids squeezing into the car to take that trip.  He even tried teaching me to drive but that didn't end well. I literally forced the car in park while it was still moving, got out of the car, and sat in the passenger seat. He never gave up on teaching his kids anything. He even tried teaching me to hunt with a bow and arrow but my little arms just couldn't pull that line back so I just watched him do it instead. It wasn't always rainbows and sunshine but no family ever is. I have so many more good and bad memories but I'll keep those with me here in my heart where they'll remain forever. RIP Ruben. ❤
