He was born to the late John and Frances Kuhlman in Louisville, Kentucky on December 6, 1951.
Charles later retired from the U.S. Army and worked for Wal-Mart.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Kim Kuhlman.
Left to cherish the memory of Charles are his children; Charles Edward Kuhlman Jr. (Waldrena), April Marvin (Lawrence), and Arianna Marie Valentine, 20 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service to honor the life of Mr. Kuhlman will beheld at a later date.
