He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and received a Purple Heart. Kenny was a retired machinist for American Standard.
Survivors include his children: Tina Minor-Thompson (Bart) and Debbie Kraus; grandchildren: Shanda Price, Mary Kraus, Blake Thompson and Wyatt Thompson; great grandchildren: Katie Price and John Christian Price, and a brother Eddie Mitchell Minor.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation 4-8 PM on Sunday.
