She was born to the late Hugh and Ina Mattingly on June 19, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Donna was a member at Immaculate Conception Church and was someone who never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother; Danny Mattingly.
Left to cherish the memory of Donna are her husband of 51 years; Bill Hollkamp III, children; Bill Hollkamp IV (Jai'tan), Dave Hollkamp, Mark Hollkamp (Chrissie), Lisa Cullum and Brian Hollkamp (Christyn), 7 grandchildren; Ashley, Lauren, Rachel, Christopher "CJ", Lily, Hunter and Zoey, siblings; Sandra, Ann, Janet and Marybeth, sister-in-law; Mary, extended family and friends.
A funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11am with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will take place at the church from 9am until the start of Mass Thursday morning.
