She was born on August 26, 1932 to the late Elbert and Cova Kiper in Grayson County, Kentucky.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband; Charles Edward Cook Sr., and siblings; Ralph Kiper and Reba Crestwell.
Left to cherish the memory of Doris are her children; Cherie Cova, Charles E Cook Jr., Debbie Henry (Pete), and John Glen Cook, 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and brother; Delmer Kiper (Shirley).
Services to celebrate the life of Doris will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Saturday, April 1 at 11am with burial to follow at Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 3-8pm.
