He was born to the late Charles and Ella Mae Meyers in Calvin, Kentucky on May 21, 1946.
Eddy was a Production Engineer for National Tobacco Company, attended Southeast Christian Church and was a United States Navy Veteran.
Left to cherish the memory of Eddy are his wife of 51 years; Marilyn Meyers, sons; Brian Meyers and JD Meyers (Ashley), 7 grandchildren; Kori, Danielle, Elijah, Kyle, Kendall, Taytum and Coleson, extended family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate the life of Eddy on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 10am-2pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Eddy's name to the American Cancer Society.
