He was a veteran of the National Guard, avid golfer, hunter and fisherman.
Preceding him in death were his parents: Bernard and Sue Brown; brothers: Richard and Billy Brown.
Survivors include his wife: Diane: son: Troy Brown (Courtney); daughter: Nicole Brown-Lewis; step-daughter: Melissa Flowers; grandchildren: Bailey, Evan, Abigail, Avery, Christopher, Kara and Jacob; sisters: Susanne Lockner (Gilbert), Bernadette Herms (Donnie), Katie Brown (Dennis) and Monica Gribbons (John).
Cremation was chosen.
