He was born May 1, 1939 to the late Arthur and Gladys (Whiteside) Hall.
Harold was a retired mechanic at Wal-Mart.
Preceding him in death are his parents and son; Charles Hall.
Left to cherish the memory of Harold are his daughters; Sherri Tipton (Jerry) and Jennifer Hall and a sister; Bertha Majewski.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with visitation from 1pm until the start of the service. .
