She was born to William Craig and Tamara Jo (Hankins) Byrdwell on July 31, 1984 in Louisville.
Heather worked for Baptist Health as the Hub Manager of Instruction and Quality.
Heather's zest for life was seen in the many activities she excelled in from her love for the performing arts, to her own deeply moving choreography to becoming a talented crafter. She enjoyed being outdoors whenever possible so she could appreciate the beauty around her. Her passion for traveling, hiking, scuba diving, whale watching, and riding her motorcycle provided her endless opportunities to connect with the splendor of this majestic world.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather; James Hewitt Byrdwell.
Left to cherish the memory of Heather are her parents; Wm. Craig Byrdwell and Tami Moore (Mike), boyfriend; Andrew Wischerth, siblings; Joseph Matthew Byrdwell, Charlene Moore-Martin (Mark) and Katherine Moore, grandparents; Ila Jean Beck and John and Joanne Hankins, nieces and nephews; Lailah, Rosalie, Benjamin and Elijah, many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
A celebration of Heather’s life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services on January 7th at 6 pm with visitation from 2 pm until the start of the services.
