

She was born the 9th of 12 children to the late Samuel and Mattie (Williams) Clore in Crestwood, Kentucky on January 15, 1938.
Margaret retired from Henry Vogt Machine Company; following retirement she was able to display her "love of children more than adults" to start a daycare business in her home for a decade where she was affectionally known as “MoMo”. She also enjoyed investigating and creating family trees and picture albums for her family and service members. Margaret was an exceptional seamstress and liked to embroider.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, and 6 brothers.
Left to cherish the memory of Margaret are her children, John C Harrison Jr and Jackie Harrison (Darrell); grandchildren, Annalise Harrison (Kaleb Barrow), Korbin Zamudio, and Trevor Rawleigh; great-granddaughter, Harper Anne Barrow; a host of nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held from 4:30pm-5:30pm, before the service starts on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 5:30pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange with burial to follow in Harrods Creek Cemetery in Brownsboro. Following the conclusion of services the Celebration of Life will be held at Martins BBQ, 3408 Indian Lake Dr, Louisville, KY 40241 beginning at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the James Brown Cancer Center in Margaret's memory.
