I remember the day Matthew was born. My favorite memory of him he was about 4 years old and he was at his papa and T T's house and they have a old dog named Astro and Matthew hid the dog under the laundry hamper and had Papa Jimmy looking for hours for the poor dog Astro. TT came home she heard Astro barking under the laundry basket and found him LOL. I have so many wonderful memories of him I miss him so much

You were such a beautiful soul . You will forever be missed I'll never forget all the good and crazy moments we've had through out the years. you'll forever be apart of my family . I love you matthew rest easy cutie pie 

Matthew was my best friend in the entire world. I was always happy when I was with hiM. It will never be the same without him. 

Life's journey has brought me many travel companions, of all ages. From the first time I meet Matthew, I was drawn to the richness of his soul, some areas bright with the light of hope and dreams and yet always working on those dull, dark patches.  He may have been young enough to be my son, but a souls age can't be measured in years. We became friends and I wanted him to continue on life's journey for a long time.  He became friends with my granddaughter, and she, too, saw his beautiful soul. But, like so many others  that get lost on this journey, Matthew's way ended to soon. Like a blazing, shooting star flying across the sky, so fast, so far, so bright. One minute he was there, and then the next he was gone. But as in the endless sky, he will never be forgotten. 


I went to elementary school with Matthew and we were inseparable. Then we grew up and apart but I still think about him all the time. When I heard the news it broke my heart. He was my first best friend and will always have a special spot in my heart.  

Me and Matthew worked together and kept in touch a little after. He was sooo sweet and was always a listening ear for anyone despite what he was personally going through ! I pray he’s at peace now. RIP 

I only met Matthew in recent months. I really hate to hear of his passing.  He was a sweet kid, and I'm sure a huge loss to his family and friends. I pray you find peace in the arms of God. RIP Matthew

I was very blessed to have spent many years with Matthew , he always made the funniest jokes and had a amazing sense of humor I am blessed to have shared as many times with him as I did and I will never forget the memories we made together I love you man and hope your watching over all of us 

Matthew was so many things for so many people. He is somebody who will live forever through other people, as his kind radiant soul could never be forgotten. I will forever hold every memory I have with Matthew close to my heart. I will never forget the adventures. He will be missed everyday 

He was my best friend and my little brother. I have known him for 18 years. I have so many memories, some of my favorites are just him and I going on random adventures. We loved to go camping, hiking, late night Walmart trips, long drives, swimming, and so much more. Anything with him was fun, he even made washing dishes a blast. The bond we shared I will never find again. He was the best person I’ve ever met and I will forever cherish every moment we shared together.

Matthew was one of a kind... he always made everyone smile. He went out of his way to make others happy and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a great friend to everybody and we’re all lucky to have memories with him. I’ll miss and love him for the rest of eternity and oh what I would do to hug him a million more times😔
