Oscar Earl Cook III

He was a member of Hope Church in Pewee Valley. Earl was a computer programmer for Humana.

Preceding him in death were his wife of 56 years, Wanda Sue Cook; parents, Oscar Earl Cook Jr and Ethel Jenette Cook.

Survivors include his children, Sherry Cook (Donald) and Gregory Cook; grandchildren, Courtney Dunaway (Jason), Brittany Smith, Brandi Brown (Jonathan) and Brandon Cook (Brandee); 8 great grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
