Robert Anthony Kamer Sr.

He was a retired maintenance man at GE for 43 years. A veteran of the Navy Reserves. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Gruetli Helvetia Society. His favorite past time was poker or any card game. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 62 yrs Barbara Thompson Kamer, sons Robert Anthony (Tony) Kamer Jr. (Peggy) of LaGrange, Donald L Kamer (Lea Ann) of Shelbyville, daughter Donna K Brown (Sam) of Louisville. He was preceded in death by his daughter Betty Carol Kamer, his parents Henry Sr and Roberta Kamer and his brother Henry Kamer Jr. He had 4 grandchildren Robert A (Trey) Kamer III (Marcia), Megan E Berger (Jason), Wilbur (Bo) J Sanders Jr., Aprille Eckert (Nick) . Two great grandchildren; Noah Kamer and Emma Berger. Brittney Zylstra (John) Brian Turner (Michelle) Jennifer Turner.

Dallas Bell, Addy and Gabe Turner. He has 3 brothers; Jim, Tom, and Charlie Kamer. 3 sisters; Joann Caldwell, Theresa Hancock, and Sue McCarly. Sister in law Mary Martha Kamer

Funeral services will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in LaGrange, January 19 at 10 am. Visitation will be at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral home in LaGrange January 18 from 3 to 8 pm.
