Velda Patricia Lehman

Born July 8, 1933 in Allen County OH.

Died July 22, 2015 in Baptist East Hospital in Louisville KY.

She was a member of the Pandora United Methodist Church.

Pat was a founding member of the Findlay Antique Collectors Guild and the Pandora Art Guild. She was a member of the Findlay Art Guild and the Bluffton China Painters Association. Pat was a window decorator at Blatner’s Department Store in Lima OH and owner of the Dairy Whip in Lima OH. Additionally with her father Thomas and sister Kathy, Pat was the owner and operator of several antique and craft stores throughout the years. Pat was an active volunteer at Pandora United Methodist Church including VOSH and an active member of The Crafty Ladies and many other activities at Covenant United Methodist Church in LaGrange KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband Keith Evan Lehman, father Thomas Edward and mother Velda Mary (Daughtery) Biederman and sister Lelah Mae Stone.

Pat is survived by her sons Reverend Michael (Diana) Lehman of LaGrange KY and Scott (Susan) Lehman of Pandora OH. Sisters Georgia Nan Rasmussen of San Jose CA and Kathy Lynn (Terry) Opperman of Wapakoneta OH. Grandchildren include Joshua Lehman of Grapevine TX, Jonathan Lehman of Saint Simons Island GA, Jessica (Gregory) Liedtke Mount Cory OH, Jordan Lehman of Pandora OH and Abby (Christian) Brenner of South Bend Indiana. Great grandchildren include Kennedy Lehman and Kace Liedtke.

Visitation will be on Saturday July 25th from 5-7 p.m. at Covenant United Methodist Church, LaGrange KY and at Chiles and Sons – Laman Funeral Homes on Sunday July 26th from 2-6 p.m. in Bluffton OH. The funeral service will be at Pandora United Methodist Church Monday July 27th at 11:00 a.m. Graveside services to follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pandora OH.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pandora United Methodist Church, Pandora Missionary Church and Covenant United Methodist Church.
