He served his country in WWII in the U.S. Army. He worked for A&P Foods and a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 52 years.
Survivors include his wife of 72 years: Jaenitta Dillard Rogers; children: Evelyn Coon (Bob), Buster Rogers (Barbara), Joyce Furillo, Linda Depoela (Fred) and John Rogers; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen.
